This 18th century, Venetian-style hotel is ideally located just 2 minutes walk from the Biennale Modern Art exposition and San Mark’s Square.
Use the hotel as a great starting point for visits to the nearby city centre’s concerts, typical trattorie, and gondola tours. Just 10 minutes from the hotel is the departure point for cruises from Banchina Adriatica – Zattere. The staff at the hotel will be happy to provide information about tourist attractions and expeditions.

Smoking or eating is not allowed in the rooms.
Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and fresh towels are provided every 3 days. Extra towels are available at an additional cost.

From Tronchetto Car Park:
Take waterbus number 82 or (N)ight.line to stop S. Zaccaria.
From Arsenale waterbus stop:
Walk across the bridge on your left and turn right on the 2nd road into Calle Pescaria 3980.
From S. Zaccaria waterbus stop:
Walk along Riva degli Schiavoni, cross 2 bridges on your right and turn left into Calle Pescaria 3980.
COMMENTS
Important: the hotel does not accept America Express as guarantee of the reservation. American Express is accepted only for direct payments at the hotel.
The hotel has no lift, no porter, so it's not suitable for disabled people.
